Delete My Account

This page allows you to request us to delete part of all of your account information on the Scoliosis Philippines mobile app.

All your account information is stored and processed according to our data privacy policy. Should you request deletion of your account through this form, we will remove all information related to your account from our system within 1 to 2 days. This also means that the data will not be possible to recover. If you have filed a request and change your mind, please contact us immediately at developer@scoliosisphilippines.org to cancel the deletion.
