ABS-CBN Tulong Center offers assistance to patients from any government hospitals. Patients must prepare the following documents:

- Prescription/Laboratory Request
- Laboratory Results
- Social Case Study
- Referral from the hospital

St. John the Baptist Parish / Quiapo Church
